Data processed
When you use the contact form, we may process your name, company, professional email address, enquiry topic, message content and technical data strictly associated with submission and operation of the service.
Purpose
Data is used to receive, review and respond to your enquiry, maintain necessary communications and, where relevant, assess or prepare a potential professional relationship. The form does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications.
Legal basis
Where an enquiry requests information or explores the purchase of services, processing is based on pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject. For general enquiries without that purpose, processing is based on the consent expressed by voluntarily submitting the form.
Retention
Data will be retained for as long as needed to address the enquiry and manage any resulting professional relationship. It may then be retained in restricted form for periods required by law or to address potential legal claims.
Recipients and providers
Data is not disclosed to third parties except where legally required or where necessary to provide the site’s technical infrastructure. The website is prepared to use Netlify for hosting and form handling, which may act as a processor under its applicable terms and data processing agreement.
International transfers
Certain technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, recognised transfer mechanisms are used, such as adequacy decisions, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability where applicable by writing to hello@thetechshake.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you believe processing does not comply with applicable law.
Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are applied to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, alteration, loss or disclosure. No Internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.
